A street of socialist-era prefabricated panel apartment blocks under overcast light, with kiosks, parked cars and street trees.

The Eastern Bloc, modular and game-ready

Environment kits for the parts of the world game art usually skips — built to real proportions, on a grid that actually tiles.

What I make

Modular kits, measured off real buildings

I build modular environment kits for the panel-block estates, courtyards and streets of Eastern Europe and the Balkans — the prefabricated concrete housing that fills the edge of every city from Berlin to Sofia.

Everything is metric and grid-accurate. Wall panels are exactly one structural bay wide and one floor tall, pivoted on the exterior wall plane, so a facade is assembled by stepping a fixed distance rather than nudging pieces into place. Those dimensions are the real ones used by the panel systems, not approximations.

The geometry is generated procedurally from source I write myself, which means a kit can be regenerated, audited and corrected as a whole instead of model by model. Every mesh ships with a reduced LOD, a collider and a ready-made prefab.
